We ARE for the client seeking to avoid a sentencing altogether.

Our fees vary depending on your case.  We will discuss those over the phone.

We will, at the very least, as it pertains your particular case:

• Get the videotape of you taken from the police car camera.

• Get the videotape of you taken with the cameras inside the police station.

• Get the repair and maintenance records for the machine the police had you blow into.

• Get all of the police reports and records.

• Get the towing receipts, bond forms, accident reports.

• Certification records for the police officer operating the machine you blew into.

• Obtain all hospital or clinic records where they drew your blood.

• Obtain all necessary certifications of the medical staff and police involved in drawing your blood.

• Obtain all records and documents from the lab analyzing your blood.

• Interview all police officers and witnesses involved in your case.

Much of what we gather can, and usually does, provide avenues of defense.  Some much better than others.

Nevertheless, if your attorney does not gather the above information and documents, it is impossible to know if there are avenues through which to fight the case.
